“Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in body.” (Hebrews 13)
In our world today, Christ-ians are suffering AND ENDURING AND PERSEVERING great persecutions. Some are being silenced, some are being imprisoned, some tortured, and some murdered in very horrendous fashions. This is nothing new to the Christ-ian faith, no, not at all. Our ancestors have suffered persecution from the beginning, all the way back to Abel, there has always been Christ-ian persecution, at times less ferocious and at others terribly ferocious. You could do youself the favour of reading through “Foxes Book of Martyrs.” There are also many books looking at the persecutions of current day.
When you hear of these persons glorifying God by their testimony and eartly death? Do you shrugs your shoulders and think, it is what it is? Do you ignore it and hope it goes away. Do you pay attention to these events that are effecting YOUR Christ-ian family? Do you realize that these events are straight from Revelation and Matthew 24, 25, and the epistles of the apostles of Christ?
In other words, where is your heart and what is your mindset when these persecutions come to you attention? Do you realize that these persecutions could very easily come to the shores of America? In America, persecution takes the form of silencing the Christ-ian and the expression of faith, that does not mean that persecution will not become more violent and blood-thirsty. The Christ-ian is Blood bought, the persecutors are blood thirsty and afraid of the Christ-ian faith that disqualifies their reprehensible worship of death cult.
So, where does your heart find itself when you hear of this prophesy become sight? What does your response or reaction say about you? If you care not, if you pay no attention, if you ignore it, if you shrug you shoulders you are not what you should be. If one cannot consider the pains of persecution of an unknown brother or sister in Christ, one must wonder if you have ever really considered the suffering of Christ in your stead. John said if one does not love one’s brother how can one claim to love Christ? This principle is applicable to our topic. If one cannot feel for and think about your brethren that suffers how can you then consider Christ, Whom you have not seen? Ouch. Right?
For those who do hurt when the brethren suffer but can do nothing in the physical sense, what should one do? Out text above instructs us well. One should put one’s self in the place or the stead of the suffering and pray from there. One could also get involved with organizations that advocate for the persecuted. This persecution will become a more and more object of Christ-ian focus. The Biblical principle, of many priciples that apply here is our Lord’s Word, “Do unto others…”
Reader, if you were being persecuted or you were suffering in another way, would you not desire the prayers of other believers? Paul said, “Brethren, pray for us.” Another principle is “prefer others ahead of yourself.” And a priciple that speaks so strongly to one’s spiritual condition, is “Love thy brother” and “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” Reader, these are fundemental and the most basic of Christ-ian teachings, if these be missing, what does that say? Reader, think not that I am speaking only to you, but I preach to myself as well.
Reader, if we love not our suffering brethren, if we pray not for our suffering brethren, if we prefer them ahead of ourselves…..Who in God’s Name will? These persecuted believers are those that bring much Glory to God and we can be a part of that if we suffer with them and pray to God for His grace to be released in them and as we pray for the destruction of God’s enemies, who shall forever remain reprobate to the faith and to God’s love and mercy.
How does one put themselves into the body of the suffering brethren, it takes time and a sanctified imagination, it takes time in meditation, it takes an understanding of the means of persecution our brethren are enduring and glorifying God.
We would whole-heartedly suggest that you, if you be an adult, to look on youtube and see the means of be-heading. Reader, our brethren are not be-headed with one blow of an axe or guillotine, but instead, their heads are sawed off, back and forth with a single blade knife!!! It is long and drawn out.
Five (5) filthy beasts, aka Muslim terrorists hold the “guilty,” infidel, or Christ-ian or future witness against them at the Great White Throne. Two (2) reprobates or God hated hold and twist one arm of the Christ-ian, two (2) others do the same on the other arm. One (1) then put’s his knee into the back of the Christ-ian, pulls his or her head back by the hair and begins to saw back and forth. The head become detached slowly, and the open airways makes a sound like a stuck pig. The monster that saws the head off will then pull it off, the body will fall forward and the decapitated head is set upon the back, and then the next Christ-ian is brought forward.
Others Christ-ians are lowered into vats of acid and eaten alive by the chemical. There is no limit to the muslim’s torturous imagination. While one may pray for an individual muslim to come to Christ or one may show Christ-ian love to an individual muslim, the entirety of the Muslim cult should be prayed AGAINT.
In closing, we ask again, where is you heart on this matter or what is your mindset or reaction to these crimes against God and His people?
